Being using this app for over a year. Now it won't let me use anything on app due to a developer subscription. Do not waste you time buying this app. you have to buy the app. than pay for a year subscription to view content.

Downloaded this app a while ago. And paid for it. There was no mention of subscription back then. Not right that the developers decided to turn it to subscription. This is the best of these apps out there. Current with a ton of info and the developers seem to respond to concerns. I paid the subscription fee but I'm not happy about it. The app is absolutely worth it, but that's not what I paid for when I originally downloaded this app. Developer Should have grandfathered everyone in who purchased previously or did the right thing and atleast offered those folks a discounted rate. I mean come on. Treat it like a contract. You just sell out the unborn, not the current guys
I paid to get this app. I go into it today to look up codes, and it's telling me I need to subscribe and pay more to get access. If it was a trial, the app should have said that in the first place!
Horrible app after you buy it. A week or so later you get a pop up that says they will charge you a yearly fee. If you dont agree to it, the app will not allow you to proceed. The initial fee for the app i get but the yearly fee for information thats free on the internet is ridiculous. Mind the time i purchased the app it had no related information to my department. And when ask for them to post information they want you to send them the link or post the information in that forum so all they do is copy and paste. If we the customer are providing you information then we should receive payment not pocket brainbook app DO NOT PURCHASE THIS App. This app is a scam and a waste of time dont be fooled
My partner told me about this app, i downloaded it for a dollar and it worked for about a month or so. Now it wants a subscription fee. Eventho it was a dollar it was the principle. If i paid for a demo it should of stated that it was a demo before i spent a dollar on it. I paid a dollar to find 1 vtl code. Told my partner and he didn't believe me. He tried logging on and same problem. Useless without paying the subscription.
Paid for app now you want to charge a subscription all of the sudden a few months later? Yea ok what a joke!
Paid to buy the app, and now they want to charged me an annual fee. And can't use the app unless I pay the annual fee, WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR THE APP THEN!
I am very unhappy at the moment because there are no oath Summons codes or fine for the violation. It needs to be updated immediately so it can be used correctly.
Anyone who is a Police Officer in NYC, Nassau PD or Port Authority PD, would be a fool NOT to get this app. Wish I had this when I was on patrol. This is a MUST for every MOS. You must get this app!!
